MEASURING AND CONTROL SYSTEMS
The TCS Mechanical Workshop performs dimensional and geometrical trials, pneumatic and hydraulic testing, hardness tests, trial testing and functional tests on assembled pieces; we also avail ourselves of licenses for non-destructive testing, such as: visual inspection, magnetic-particle inspection and liquid penetrant testing (VT, MT, PT).
Metrology room and 3D dimensional control machine
Room with controlled temperature and N° 1 KRONOS model machine - Strokes (2000 x 1300 x 900 mm) with report printer for every single piece.
N° 1 TESA UNIMASTER model
Inside and outside measuring kit up to 2000 mm.

Equotip Model
GEAR PUMP TESTING BENCH
Pfor rotation speed, flow rate tests and safety valve setting.
Non destructive tests are carried out, such as:
• Visual inspection (VT)
• Liquid penetrant testing (PT)
• Magnetic-particle inspection (MT)
• Hydraulic and pneumatic trials with issuance of certification
Other services, upon request:
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT) (performed by external contractors)
